1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ck433 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck433 website located at ck433.vip and all associated services, features, content, and gaming products offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ck433 may result in account suspension.
• 4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck433 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. ck433 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ck433 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. The following policies govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

ck433 is not responsible for delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the player's payment provider, network disruptions, maintenance windows, or any other circumstances beyond ck433's direct control. If you experience a payment issue, contact ck433 customer support with your transaction reference number and our team will investigate as promptly as possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ck433 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• 1The ck433 welcome bonus of 200% on a first deposit is available to newly registered players who have not previously held a ck433 account. The welcome bonus is applied automatically upon the qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳200.
• 2All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as real money. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.

• 5ck433 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using VPN or proxy services to conceal location, and collusion with other players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate closure and full forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

Seasonal bonuses, reload bonuses and special promotions may be offered around events such as Eid, BPL, IPL and other periods significant to the Bangladesh market. These promotions will be published on the ck433 platform and are subject to their own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general bonus rules.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

Any player who discovers a bug or vulnerability must report it to ck433 support immediately and must not exploit it. Exploitation of any such vulnerability will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ck433 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may trigger account action.

• 1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, multiple account operation, prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or providing false registration information.
• 2Where ck433 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes, ck433 may immediately suspend the account pending investigation. During any suspension period, access to funds may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.
• 3A player may voluntarily close their ck433 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

While ck433 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond ck433's control may occur. ck433 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ck433 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ck433 will endeavour to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the Platform or via the contact details associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the ck433 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
